Emily Wilson

Emily started with Sherinian and Hasso Law Firm as a File Clerk in August of 2013. She graduated from Drake University in December 2014 with bachelor's degrees in Law, Politics, and Society and Politics. She received a merit tuition scholarship from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2018. During law school, Emily participated in the Clinical Law Program where she practiced in the areas of employment/workers' rights and domestic violence. She received the Don Schallau Memorial Scholarship in Recognition of Superior Academic Excellence in 2017 and the ABA's Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law in 2018.

During law school, Emily clerked for Sherinian and Hasso and was hired as an associate after graduation. She is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and Iowa NELA. Emily currently serves on the Board of Directors for Women Lead Change.
